
粉煤灰對水泥穩定碎石抗沖刷性能的改善

摘要:針對水泥穩定碎石基層在使用過程容易發生沖刷破壞問題,通過沖刷試驗研究了不同粉煤灰摻量對水泥粉煤灰穩定碎石混合料抗沖刷性能的影響規律,分析粉煤灰對水泥穩定碎石抗沖刷性能的改善.結果表明:摻加一定量的粉煤灰可以明顯改善水泥穩定碎石混合料的抗沖刷性能,最佳摻量為10%;在最佳摻量時,水泥水化形成的Ca(OH)_2與摻加的粉煤灰可以充分反應,生成的大量凝膠可以使結構整體變得更加致密,增強水泥穩定碎石顆粒與顆粒之間的粘聚力,使水泥穩定碎石整體強度增大,進而提高混合料的抗沖刷能力.
Abstract:
In view of the erosion damage of cement stabilized aggregate to highway base course, the influence of different fly ash content on the erosion performance of cement stabilized aggregate are studied by erosion testing. The results show that mixing with a certain amount of tly ash can signifi-cantly improve the anti-erosion performance of cement stabilized aggregate, and the optimum mix a-mount is about 10%. For the optimum mix amount, Ca(OH)_2 of cement hydration formation can re-act well with fly ash to produce a large number of gelatin. The gelatin can make the overall structure denser and the cohesive force can be enhanced. Therefore, the cement stabilized aggregate mixing with fly-ash would have a good integer and the anti-erosion performance can be improved
