粉煤灰復(fù)合水泥組分對(duì)強(qiáng)度的影響

利用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)復(fù)合水泥中各組分對(duì)強(qiáng)度的影響進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明,在適當(dāng)配比條件下,復(fù)合水泥的強(qiáng)度高于硅酸鹽水泥型水泥,最佳配比范圍為:w(石灰)=2.1%~2.4%;m(鋼渣)∶m(粉煤灰)=10∶10~14∶14;w(沸石)=8%~12%;w(石膏)=4%~6%;w(礦渣)=15%~19%。

Abstract:The effect of components on the strength of compound cement are studied by orthogonal test method.Under proper mix proportion conditions,the compound cement strength is higher than portland cement.The range of optimum mix proportion:w(lime)=2.1%~2.4%;m(steel slag):m(fly ash)=10:10~14:14;w(pumice)=8%~12%;w(gypsum)=4%~6%;w(slag)=15%~19%.
